How to simply return an order for a refund

All 1Buy orders can be returned to us within 30 days of sale.
If you are unhappy with your order or would like to return an item for any reason, within 30 days you may return it back to us for a full refund.

All we ask is you contact us first so we

1. can start a return request
2. give you our returns address
3. are made aware you are returning your order

Simply post the items back to us, once we have received your order we can issue a full refund.

If you take your order to the Post Office and send to our returns address. You will be given a receipt as the proof of posting which you should keep until you receive your refund from us.
Once the order is retuned we shall check the items over and process the refund.

Refunds are auto processed back to the original method of payment which usually takes upto 7 working days.
